    Terrible Night management, price is not consistent got overcharged and they charged more then stated on bill. Hallways and elevator are not cleaned dead bugs in halls and had trouble with keys and maintenance issues. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend

    Continental breakfast? Only the waffles and coffee are freshly made. The rest (apple juice, orange juice, milk) is walmart brand. Cereal is open box, cheese and cherry danish and banana muffin is individually wrapped store bought packaging. Fruit is old (only mushy oranges and apples). No eggs, no bananas, no sausage, no bacon. It's all a joke. Water resort is even silly. Hot tub is only luke warm water. Big boat kiddie pool takes up most of the resort pool area, then there's a deeper pool for the adults and swimmers. The gym are is out of order. The arcade is pricey and boring. Rooms have rugs and have musty smell. Much like the hospital smell due to the wet towels. Shower stall with no curtains or doors, just half glass cover. No tub. Broken toilet tank that is noisy all night long. Room is so tiny for 2 queen beds. We have 3 large checked suitcases and there's no room to put them. Bathroom door is annoying to close because it's a sliding type, makes creaking noise. No room service on the morning we put away the "do not disturb" sign. We left for the full day (8pm till 1pm next day), went back to our hotel and our room still the same as when we left. Will not book at this one again. Site will not let me upload my photos. Keep getting error. I see why.
