It is an older hotel and a nice one. Staff to inconsistency was reason for lower review.,hung up on by a staff member at one point.

I didn't spend too much time there- i was traveling so I spent a lot of time out of the room. However whenever I needed something, the staff was extremely helpful. As a solo traveler, i felt safe. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Phoenix! They even offer luggage storage which was a plus, gave me time to check out and see colors before I headed home for my pm flight.
