Very clean & updated. I will stay here anytime I am in Rochester. The staff really go the extra mile for your convenience. Anyone needing Mayo, the subway is connected to hotel, which makes it very easy access!

Rooms were very nice and the front staff was very helpful

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was wonderfully hot.
The gym /pool area was well laid out - the area beside the pool was spacious.
Personally i like the hot tub to be a few degrees warmer.
I used the valet parking - the staff were friendly and quick to retrieve my vehicle.
