Room was very clean. The staff was friendly, helpful & extremely polite. Parking was good & location of BW was only a couple minutes drive from National Park. The only thing I would change next time would be requesting bottom floor. Second floor is rough on old folks knees.

Very close to the park, didn’t see a hot tub. Dog park looks like former pool area. Cornhole boards are in the dog park, but I don’t want to play on astroturf where dogs are walked.

Front desk staff was professional, friendly & helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean. The only negative comment about Best Western is there are no elevators to get to second floor. If you don't do well on steps, request the 1st floor. The breakfast was good, as well.

From checking in to checking out, hotel staff were courteous. I felt safe since the room entrance was outside instead of within the hotel. Nice breakfast with hot and cold food selections. Hotel is within a 45 minute drive to the Smokey Mountains entrance. I would stay here again.

All the staff were friendly and welcoming but thoroughly impressed with the staff who was responsible for preparing , upkeeping and welcoming the us and the other guests at breakfast . He never stopped and always with a smile ! He deserves praise !!!!!!

The staff at the front desk do not match the quality of the Best Western. I asked the front staff if I could get a “light blanket” to sleep in as I was feeling hot and he said “we are out of stock”. Then I asked if I could get a “sheet” to take on me and off course he plainly refused. This is the first time that a hotel like BW didn’t want to accommodate. And at the breakfast time the lady was watching everyone like a “spy”. How can you enjoy your breakfast if you are being watched. Ridiculous people. I like and love the BW but it may change after today.

Could use some updating as far as bathrooms are concerned. Also be aware that there isn’t a coffee maker in the rooms. Other than that bed was comfortable and room was clean. Also walking distance to many restaurants.

The room appeared clean at first but the floors were filthy, in just a few minutes to bottoms of our feet were literally black. The bed was okay. Breakfast isn't served until 7 a.m. so we were not able to try that out because we left out early each morning, our choice on that though. My biggest issue was how dirty the floors were.

very nice people. Large room. decent breakfast. we were able to check in early, which is always a win. just found hair in the shower, so unfortunate and nasty. otherwise good stay. front desk was very apologetic.

Quite hotel, clean except for a used bar of soap left in the shower which makes you question how clean the shower actually is. The tub did not drain. Asked to have it fixed and after chemicals poured into the drain it did not resolve the issue. It is extremely hard to understand any of the staff.

They increase the fees advertised online at the check in and don t want to refund or cancel, the manager clearly don t care about customers and the lady at the desk was irrespectfull

Advertised a pool ...no pool! No coffee pot in the rooms Guy at the front desk was very rude! Charged 40.00 per dog per night x2 dogs Ended up staying our last 2 night in the Smokey Mountains at the La Quinta in Pigeon Forge ...much nicer people and place and they only charge 25.00 for both my animals. Will not book here again!

Lovely, clean, quiet. good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Only drawback was the exercise room. Very hot with no air conditioning or fan, no towels and the elliptical was broken on one side. Tread mill was fine. Don't let this deter you. It was a lovely stay. Quality breakfast!!

The evening desk clerk at check in was rude but all the other staff was very friendly. Said they had a pool but did not. Turned it into a fenced play area on artificial turf with some games for kids. This also doubled as a dog park where they would use it as a bathroom, so the kids played in the same area with urine and feces. Room was fair but the floors were dirty. Air conditioner leaked water onto the floor inside of the room. Daily room service only consisted of taking out the trash and it was an inconvenience to get towels replaced. A friend who stayed there one night while we were there warned us to check our credit card payment because they attempted to charge him for two (2) nights. Will not stay here again!

Our stay at the Best Western was enjoyable. The room was clean and was very spacious. Breakfast was well stocked and dining area was well taken care of. The location was very convenient and accessible to things in Townsend.

Upon arrival there was no one at front desk. Waited ten minutes for a rude man to show up and he was mad at the world. Not friendly at all. I have a service dog and at breakfast was asked by the person at the front desk to sit away from the food area because of my service dog. The young man bringing out the food followed me around making sure I closed the food and laid down the utensils in the right spot. Never been treated so rudely.
