    Very bad experience.!I booked it specifically for the water park and they call me eight o’clock the night before my check in to notify me about being in maintenance when my reservation was made over a month ago. Then I get there my first room I went back to get out since it had roaches on the floors. Bed spread with blood. Not a good experience at all.

    The pictures in Agoda’s page are old and they do not reflect the current status of the property, it looks old and abandoned. They didn’t clean my room on 3 consecutive days and the answer we got is that the hotel was full and they didn’t had any time. Breakfast was just egg with bread. The batteries of the safe were over, we called to open the safe and they replaced the batteries and opened the safe. However, we were not able to lock the safe again by any reason they were not able to fix it again. Hairdryer was broken, we called for fix and the answer was they didn’t had more. Every day we requested to change our towels but they were able to change only two or somedays they changed the four but most of the times only two. My recommendation would be if you are able please investigate the reputation of this specific hotel as it’s not as all of RAMADA.
