I’ve been staying here for years because it’s closest to my mother’s nursing home. Otherwise, I’d stay elsewhere.
The rooms are always clean with good AC. However, the AC in the gym (which is a hot house) has been stuck at 76 for months now. They told me months ago that they’d lost the remote to it & were getting another one, but… that was obviously BS. Because it’s still way too hot for a run in there. And there’s other things that aren’t great (the door in my room doesn’t close flush, so I can’t use the additional security lock. The room coffee is horrendous, etc), but it’s a clean bed at night…so… whatever.

When I first came I had a very minor issue of which the staff rectified immediately pertaining to their Internet upgrade, and placed me in a room that had the updated Internet upgrade system prior to my freelance work, and daily the staff were professional. The rooms were relatively clean for the most part considering I tried to keep it as tidy as possible, but one observation was noted where I forgot something in the room returned to collect it, and saw the housekeeping staff on the phone and comfortably seated on the chair in the room, which was off-putting. The moment I showed up she jumped up immediately, came off the phone and apologized repetitively. But I found that of course to be rather unprofessional so I am making note of it. And they had a breakfast upgrade! No more frozen high caloric meals, but hot food buffet style. Loved it overall, and will return.

The first night in the hotel, the staff entered my room even after yelled no while in the room. I called the front desk. They stated they will speak to them. The next morning at 10:50 someone else entered the room called front desk and the manager hung up on me stating they were allowed to. I called the police. Case number 258250204.
