Great staff for check-in, great and clean spacious room. Wonderful staff for letting me know that I left my cell phone behind. The called and notified me and showed us how to get my cell phone back from a local UPS. THEY SAVED ME from loosing my cell. Thank you so much!

Hotel was dirty(mirrors not clean, towels visibly dirty, bedding looked like it had blood stains) . They refused to give me bedding for a bed in the room that did not have bedding to begin with. I eventually got a SHEET, after argueing for bedding. Breakfast was 1/5 . It’s an hour + drive if you’re visiting Chicago. Only ice machine that works is on the second floor. My husband saw mice in the hallway. Really made my vacation not a vacation will never settle for a budget hotel ever again.
