Staff during breakfast was rude when you asked her to fill some empty food. Also my room was so hot that the ac doesn't even work great!

This Hampton Inn Hotel is more like motel hood. After long flight from east coast. Paul the reception was assign us with this room was working on 8-14 midnight with a friend security covered with blanket.
He assigned us with this room above. We went down to reception area as no one was picking up phone on that night from desk. Paul was not helpfuI and not apologetic from situation. I told him this is awful- from room 339 to 539 given us hoping better one. Room 539- carpet dingy as we are afraid to remove our socks from disgusting carpet. Blankets and sheets outdated ripped off blankets tattered and stain. Awful we did not have a choice as we came in midnight and left next day!! Breakfast was 6-10am. Pork sausage and scrambled eggs premade and waffles. It's blah. Coffee was okay. Good luck if they ran out you have to wait 15 - 20 min. As there are only 2 people for that prep kitchen and they do clean up too. Terrible but you feel bad they are over worked.
Location don't even step outside it's on industrial area even reception area does not advice to walk vicinity.
