    Every staff in this hotel appears to hate their job, from the concierge to the front desk. Did not see a single person smile. I had to call the service line 4 times in the span of 24 hours due to issues with my room charge and access to internet/issue with food orders, etc. There is usually a 5 min wait to get someone to speak with you on the phone, and when you do get someone, service is rude and subpar. For example, I was promised that wrongly billed room service charges would be corrected when they weren’t. Hotel rooms have not been by 5 pm, etc. My worst experience at a Hilton ever.
