Staff was great. Our first room had a cockroach alive. They then moved us to a different room.

Room was always clean, the staff was amazing all throughout the Riu. The food was great. Getting ahold of the Riu the two days before we arrived was stressful. Our flights had changed and we arrive a day late. We were so worried they would give our room away. We called, texted and emailed to no avail. Even our travel agent was not able to get through.

Absolutely stunning resort. The team is so friendly. The meals were good and the evening entertainment even better. Kudos to the entire staff.
