Las instalaciones, limpieza, todo en perfectas condiciones. Ello hizo que la estancia fuera agradable.
Está situado cerca de un pub nocturno, por lo que el ruido a la noche de gente, música etc es destacable.

El apartamento estaba súper limpio y tiene un sistema se check in muy cómodo. Además está céntrico y con todo tipo de útiles para hacerte sentir como en casa.
Había demasiado ruido por las noches, ya que está encima de bares que ponen música en directo y rodeado de discotecas. A mayores los inquilinos de en frente hicieron "fiesta" con lo que dificultó aún más el descanso. Si vas cargado, tiene como hándicap que hay que subir 2 pisos de escaleras.
