Las vistas a la ría. La calidad - precio
La limpieza [no habían barrido, había telarañas en la terraza, había migas en la encimera, la puerta del frigorífico pegajosa, lamparones en las puertas de los muebles de la cocina]. No había agua caliente [estaba bajado el magnetotermico]. Hacía tiempo que nadie iba por allí. La terraza no se puede usar para desayuno, comida o cena [por culpa de las gaviotas, no del propietario]
