La vivienda está perfecta. Tiene todo lo necesario. Muy cerca de la Catedral. Además hay zona azul de aparcamiento en las calles de alrededor. Nosotros estuvimos fin de semana y al ser festivo el sábado no tuvimos que pagar nada en la zona azul.

La ubicación excepcional, a cinco minutos del centro. Zona muy tranquila. Decoración sencilla y bonita. Buena limpieza. Los baños muy completos, se agradece que haya dos. Las camas muy cómodas. La comunicación con Álvaro perfecta, nos recomendó aparcamiento por la zona, información de Burgos y nos facilitó mucho la entrada y la salida.
No dispone de ascensor, es un segundo piso con escaleras empinadas. Las almohadas muy blandas, estaría bien disponer de alguna almohada más alta y dura.

El piso está rehabilitado de forma muy bonita y práctica, fuimos 4 adultos y dos niños, y el hecho de que tuviese 2 baños se nos hizo muy cómodo. También los niños durmieron cómodos en el sofá cama. Está al lado del museo de evolución humana, y este museo cuenta con parking 24 horas además de tener para cargar coche eléctrico para quienes tengan. El dueño del apto es muy agradable y facilita las cosas en caso de tener algún problema. Está disponible vía teléfono y wassap.
