Rosa and Wilber are some of the nicest people we have met in Peru! We felt welcomed like family, and truly enjoyed our stay with them.
The view from the place is amazing. The food was delicious and abundant. Other tourists were very friendly. I had one of the best night's sleep during my whole stay in Peru, as it was so calm, and peaceful and warm in the room under all the heavy blankets. Thoroughly recommended.
The rooms have different descriptions on booking and different prices, but there is little difference between them. None of them have a private bathrooms, but there are 3 bathrooms for all the rooms and they have hot water, which is not a standard on the island.

Mais quel séjour ! Rosa et Wilber sont aux petits soins. La tranquillité des lieux pour se reposer. La rencontre d’une nouvelle culture… les activités et les bons repas de Rosa… mention spéciale quand tu te lèves la nuit et tu lèves les yeux au ciel: cette vue des étoiles non polluées par la lumière que c’est beau !
Rien tout était parfait et tout est fait pour se sentir bien.

J’ai adoré l’accueil et l’hospitalité des hôtes Wilver Rosa et leurs enfants Noémie Neymar et Roy. Le cadre est ultra dépaysant et les repas sont délicieux

Immersive experience, great friendly couple, got to experience many traditional ways of life on amantani (dressing up in traditional costumes, walking up to the peak, weaving, grinding flour, etc). They can come and pick you up from the main harbour in puno or elsewhere - very helpful.
Only speak Spanish. Even though we did not speak Spanish, this did not impact our experience and we still had a great time.
