Location and the amenities were great.
I communicated this with the owner and they have their perspective. Check in is at 4 pm. This is really uncomfortable. Luckily the room we would be staying was empty and clean as the previous guest had not checked in. Booking.com should set standards for check in otherwise the burden is on the shoulder of the guests.

The staff was reallly helpful and communication was fast and pleasant. The appartment was located in the very centre of Graz. Surprilsingly parking was close-by and affordable- just 12 euro per 24 hours. The appartment is very cozy and had everything we needed during our stay.
It is possible to pick up the keys from the self check in box only during a short period of 2 hours- between 16.00 and 18.00 which required some changes of plans but in the end the owner arranged so that we could arrive sooner.

Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Frühzeitig wurde der check-in beschrieben. Das Apartment war wie beschrieben. Es ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage in der Altstadt nur wenige Meter vom Hauptplatz entfernt war perfekt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Da es warm war, wollten wir bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, was aufgrund der Weinstube direkt unter dem Fenster nicht möglich war.
