Beach and Breeze

Great location both for the marathon and general sightseeing, shopping, and dining. Spacious and comfortable. Washer and dryer and kitchen facilities much appreciated. The dog at reception (Lupe) was fantastic. For marathon runners, it's about a mile (1.6k) to the start/finish. More convenient than trying to drive there and park, but the walk back, including the hill, was a bit of a slog.

Had minor issues with the door key and figuring out the stove. Otherwise no problems.

There were no options for food places on site

The property had everything I needed. It is very well thought out and the attention to detail with functionality. I found it to be great value for money, very conveniently located and the whole checking in / out and access to parking straightforward.

Nothing I didn’t like. It exceeded my expectations.

It was great location and very clean.

The main bedroom has no air conditions and it’s on the northwest side of the building. There is little airflow from the living room in which the air conditioning is located so it was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. The communication was very confusing and the address was incorrect on the communications. If I had arrived after hours it would have been impossible.
