Camera confortevole, caratteristica, pulita, dotata di tutto il necessario, vicinissima al centro.

L'alloggio è un mini appartamento con cucina e frigorifero. La stanza è abbastanza grande e silenziosa. Posizione centrale rispetto al paese di Genzano, dove si svolge la festa dell'infiorata. La sera si rinfresca e si dorme bene.
Mancanza di parcheggio, con la festa dell'infiorata difficoltà a raggiungere il posto e parcheggiare. Niente colazione. La casa è molto vecchia, con scale strette e scomode, solo l'interno ristrutturato. La stanza non era pronta prima delle 16 perchè c'erano ancora le pulizie in corso. Il paese non è sul lago e non ci sono molte attrattive.
