Elegant, good kitchen quality, spacious, clean, with plenty of natural light. Close enough to downtown to go by bus or walk. Easy to park in the area, with good supermarkets
Overall I liked the place very much. Small details I would consider: a small light near the sofa, to read at night/evening and a light just for the dining table. The two existing lamps are on or off at same time. They are too bright if someone watches TV ( and someone else wants to read) and shadows the dining table. Also, the small shower takes long to drain. Hope this helps to make the house even better.
