We stayed at the house during a heat wave in July, and it was the most pleasant stay ever. We haven't even used the AC. There is a huge natural shade in the yard which was great for the kids. The house itself is super spacious. Plenty of space for two families with kids (8 total). It is well-equipped with all you need, including BBQ space. The walk to the Olympic pool was only 15 min. Great, great experience. We are already planning to come back next year.
