Beautiful house in a beautiful location

Beautiful house, with amazing apartments and a nice pool to relax by. The host was amazing. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. The scenery around the house is great, and relaxing, there's even stuff to see around, the nature is great, its good for pets as well. No busy roads, and the road that leads to the house makes you think you are in Serbian Tuscany :)

Beds were squicking while we slept, but we didnt mind too much. There was a wooden pole in the living room, and I think its also making sounds that wood bugs make so that was a little annoying- but overall nothing I didnt like :)

Ambitious project in a quiet village is creating real tourist gem! Everything from small details like power supplies on right places, through tourist contents offered that creates summer by the sea vibe, to kind owner you can count on to help you in any way for any segment of your trip desires. Perfect place and even tho still developing further. By far the best offer/price deal in Rtanj area.

A place to stay and unwind near Rtan

Vladan is a top host, waited for us to arrive until late evening, welcomed to camp fire and chat under starry skies. Great accommodation with view on Rtan mountain where sun rises. Breakfast was delicious with local products and made on spot. All in all, great place to chill out and feel great vibes!

Amazing family gathering with little kids!

The place is super quiet, you are surrounded by nature. We had our family gathering there and we booked the whole place! They have big outdoor barbeque with huge dining place next to it. There is also an amazing common space, with a fully equipped kitchen which the hosts let us use it on our own. The breakfast was really delicious. We went with an electric car and the owner let us charge the car there. There were mosquito net on every door, and almost on every window, but in October there were no mosquitos outside. We had an amazing time there and we will definitely going to visit it again . Definitely I am recommending it.

3 days were not enough to enjoy the place fully, but we will visit again!

Terrace is exceptional ! Welcoming and services provided by the host ( breakfast excellent ) met our expectations. Interiors and cleanliness of the property are exceptional.

Lack of space! Apartment is quite small, particularly bedroom and bathroom. Access to bed extremely narrow. Fridge in the kitchenette to small and wasn't cooling properly. Lack of wardrobe space.

Quiet accommodation in the Serbian mountains

The accommodation is located in a small village, far from everything. It can be recommended for those who like silence and like to sleep well :) Vladan and his wife are a kind and flexible hosts. We had a small problem with one of the rooms, but they willingly helped to solve it and we came back and stayed at My Place Apartmani again. We thank you, and thanks for the talking too!

You can see that a lot of work was done in the design of the apartments. A few more improvements (e.g. bathroom door on the ground floor) and it will be perfect! ;)

We are heartily grateful to the most hospitable host we have ever met - Vladan! The apartment is comfortable, modern, very clean and with a spectacular view to the mountains. Our kids enjoyed the pool, whereas we had a wonderful time in a terrace, a warm talk with the host and a perfect Serbian breakfast served by the hosts! We highly recommend staying at this place - it is more than worth it!

First of all, warm-heart welcoming owners. Secondly, adorable home-made breakfast - one of the best we tried in Serbia (and in all Balkans). And the third, cozy authentic village and beautiful nature around. Pet friendly (no additional fees) which is lovely! Nice terrace and room design. Surprisingly good and stable Wi-Fi. Wishing all the best to Vladan and his family!

The room is a bit tiny, but it's absolutely ok for 1-2 days. If you will stay longer - choose a bigger option.

My place should be renamed My Heaven :)

Vladan's place was brilliant, great value for money and great location. The apartment was spotlessly clean and welcoming. Beds were comfy, shower and heating were great, added bonuses with the tea and coffee, scissors and threads, slippers and shoe polish. On the ground floor there is a common room with a kitchen and a living room - which you can use if something is missing in the apartments, which I doubt because it is really equipped. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to text messages. Brochures are provided as well to find cool nearby attractions. I could not have asked for a better location since there is a huge yard with barbecue, children's playground, children's pool and a fantastic view of the Rtanj mountain. “My place apartments” are very pet friendly and the breakfast is delicious. All in all I can’t wait to come again!

There is no larger closet, but the apartment has hangers for hanging things.

The location is superb, with view to peaceful hills, and a cats heaven. The host is also an amazing person, very welcoming even if we arrived quite late. The next day we were offered a really tasty breakfast (the smoked cheese mix was amazing, thank you !).

Amazing stay, amazing host, hope to go there again!

We were on a trip through Serbia and of all places this was by far our favourite. The apartment of Zivac is located in the most beautiful area close to Rtanj. He was also very flexible with the breakfast as we were trying to leave early for a hike in the morning, the breakfast itself was big, rich and homemade. The apartment was spotless, smelled good and had comfy beds. There's also a big kitchen and chilling area inside. But most of all we loved the atmosphere that Zivac created by welcoming us personally and trying to make it all as comfortable and interesting for travellers as possible. Thanks, Zivac! Hopefully we meet again!

The only thing we didn't like was beyond Zivac's control, is the amount of mosquitoes, just be aware they're a lot in that area and better bring bug spray!

Where do we even being... The host and his family are incredible. They were very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located. The breakfast couldn't be any better - we really enjoyed the fact that everything was homemade. The attention the owners gave to the little details made us feel so special and taken care of! We hiked Rtanj - what an incredible adventure. We don't want to give too much away, but this is something that needs to be on your bucket list. Along with this activity, there is so much to do here - if you're looking to escape the city life, enjoy nature, and simply looking for an amazing adventure, this is the place to stay at. Also, the host has a restaurant in a near by town called Boljevac (30km from the location). They have the best pizza we have ever ate. This is true "zen" where you connect with the nature. We will definitely visit again!

Really nice apartment with amazing view, just couple kilometres from Rtanj, another few from Boljevac. The owner is really nice and so helpful, he tried to make our stay as plesent as possible, which he succeeded.
