Prima ligging om de Westkant van La Palma te verkennen. Het is een modern en kwalitatief hoogwaardig appartement, met heerlijk bed, mooie badkamer en goed geoutilleerde keuken. Op het terras met prachtig uitzicht staat de hele de dag de zon. Warm welkom met mandje streekproducten. Prima (foto) instructie over sleutels en bereikbaarheid en tips over mogelijkheden in de omgeving.
Ligging aan doorgaande weg, die hoorbaar is, maar dat vonden wij beslist niet storend.

Sauberes Ferienhaus modern eingerichtet klare Anweisungen zum Checkin .. unkomplizierter Check in. Gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeber . Lage strategisch gut (alle Dinge nah erreichbar Tankstelle Supermarkt Wandern Restaurant. Nähe zur Lp1 stört nicht .. nachts kaum Verkehr
Waren hier während des Unwetters auf den Kanaren. Heizung schaffte es nicht bei 5grad das Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer warm zu bekommen.Aber das war sicher eine besondere Situation.

The house is very well equipped – you'll find everything you need, from a microwave, dishwasher, and oven to plates, pots, and even shower gel.
Communication with the host was one of the best I've ever experienced. Definitely 10 out of 10. He was thoughtful, shared great restaurant tips, and provided clear instructions on how to find the house.
We also loved the little front garden – that was one of the reasons we chose a house instead of an apartment.
The host even surprised us with some local bananas and oranges – perfect for making fresh juice. 😊
In the photos, the house looks like a new build, but that's not quite the case. While it’s freshly painted and furnished with modern, new furniture, the house itself is older – you can feel it especially when entering the first room.
There’s a slight musty smell near the entrance door, likely due to a damp wall where the paint is peeling.
What we found a bit bothersome was the proximity to the road. It's not visible in the photos, but the house is located right by the main road, and you can hear cars passing by early in the morning and even around 11 PM.
Because of that, I didn’t sleep very well the first night. It's a bit of a pity, as it also affects your time on the terrace – it's not as relaxing when traffic is constantly going by.
However, if you’re used to city noise, it might not be a problem for you.
