About this villa rental
Casa Morrito was newly built in 2017. It enjoys an ideal climate at just 490 meters above sea level on the coast of Puntagorda, in a completely secluded location with direct access to hiking trails. With 77 square meters of living space, it can accommodate 4 adults and a baby. The road to the vacation home is unpaved, so we recommend renting a car with sufficient power and driving cautiously.
Villa Morrito:
Casa Morrito was completely newly built in 2017 and is beautifully situated in a secluded location on the hillside along the coastal road of Puntagorda at approximately 490 meters above sea level. The climate here remains very pleasant even in winter. The house captivates with a beautiful blend of modern furnishings and a typical Canarian, very high wooden roof. The furniture was selected with care.
The house is accessed via an unpaved forest road; the final section of the access road is paved with cement. The large driveway leading to the house is landscaped with grass, and colorful shrubs and palm trees adorn the property’s grounds. A few steps lead up to the house. There is a large terrace right in front of the house. You can make yourself comfortable on a rattan set consisting of two armchairs and a table and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Right in front of the house, guests have access to two lounge chairs and a parasol.
In the living/dining area, there is a well-equipped kitchenette on the left and a small sofa as well as a dining table with 4 chairs on the right. The other rooms branch off from there.
The master bedroom with a double bed is beautifully bright thanks to the two large windows. It offers a beautiful view of the sea and opens directly onto the terrace. Between this room and the second bedroom—which has two single beds—is a dressing room with a large open closet and plenty of storage space.
The modern bathroom, with its beautiful stone tiles, features a large walk-in shower.
The washing machine is located in a separate utility room off the dining area.
