Nice location in a relatively quiet neighbourhood. Close enough to the ring. Spacious apartment.
The host sent me the data for the entry too late (as I didn't have access to my email anymore) and I had trouble getting in, but at least he was responsive on the phone so we figured it out.
Apartment was cleaned only superficially, many things were broken, and kitchen was dirty (especially inside the cabinets and the drawers). There was a water noise from the floor above so one room was useless due to that.
