It is actually close the center of the neighborhood and at night it is a good location for when you just want to walk around the area.
I think it is best they remove the bbq facility because they were too strict with the cleaning of it. The maintenance is somehow part of the payment for the facilities..

El Quim molt atent hem estat super bé, és una casa que te de tot, i una bona terrasa per esta tots en grup.
El tracte molt bo pero a l'inici ens vam sentir una mica incomodos per com ens van fer sentir per ser un grup d'amics "nois" joves. =) Entenem que pot ser preocupant per l'arrendatari pero pel fet de que siguesim amics i sigue un viatge d'oci no te perque anar lligat de ser gent irresponsable incapaç de cuidar una casa la qual ens haviem compromes a respectar. Una abraçada
