We had a wonderful stay at Studio Palais de la Méditerranée and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Nice. The location is excellent — right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of the Promenade des Anglais, the Old Town, restaurants, shops, and public transport. It made exploring Nice incredibly convenient.
The studio was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially appreciated the very fast and reliable internet, which is not always easy to find when traveling. Communication with the host was friendly, smooth, and very helpful throughout our stay.
A special thank you to the host for allowing us a late checkout at 12:00 instead of 10:00, which made our departure much more relaxed. Overall, a great experience and a place we would definitely choose again when visiting Nice. 🌞

It was very clean, bed was comfortable. Good to be able to wash clothes. Lovely bakers on the corner. Very near the beach. There were a lot of restaurants near by.,
There were no English speaking channels on the tv, would have loved Netflix or something similar.

- situation géographique idéale dans le centre et à proximité de la mer
- belle résidence
- grande terrasse au calme
Accueil très impersonnel :
- clefs a récupérer dans un cadenas accroché dans la rue (sur des grilles, dans l'espace public)
- une seule poubelle et absence d'indications sur l'endroit où se trouvent le local poubelle et le tri sélectif.. (d'autres résidents nous ont indiqué le local poubelle mais ignoraient où jeter le verre.)
Confort très basique pour un séjour d'une semaine :
- il y a un lave linge mais absolument rien pour étendre le linge (pas de séchoir ou étendoir ni corde à linge)
- nous avons trouvé la literie de mauvaise qualité (étonnamment, 2 matelas posés l'un sur l'autre sur le sommier).
- très petite table sur la terrasse et seulement 2 chaises (on ne peut donc pas inviter un couple d'amis pour l'apéritif par exemple)
