Die Lage ist zwar nicht im Zentrum von Luino; das lässt sich aber mit dem Auto innert 5 Minuten bestens erreichen. Die Umgebung ist grün und sehr ruhig mit einer schönen Aussicht, es hat einen grossen Supermarkt gleich nebenan, und der Gastgeber Matteo ist ausserordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich! Ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt!

Pas de surprise par rapport à la distance du centre, même à pied. Chambre décorée sobrement mais moderne. Bien pour une nuit, pas plus.
Quartier moyen, proche d'un barrage qui émet une alarme lorsqu'il libère de l'eau (plusieurs fois par jour et pendant la nuit pendant notre séjour). Assez bruyant, insonorisation insuffisante, tant par rapport aux voisins (passages dans les couloirs) que vis-à-vis de l'extérieur (chiens, barrage). Certains équipements étaient manquants (étendoir) ou incomplets (percolateur sans tasses, pas de bouilloire). Selon l'hôte, ceci pourrait toutefois être dû à un problème de traduction automatique des annonces booking (de la langue d'origine vers les autres).
