Instructions to access the flat was shared in advance. Guest was very reactive to answer our questions. Washing and drier machines available in the room. A lot of services available in the room (scissors, vacuum cleaner, hair drier, ..).
Not fully clear how to open the second door at the ground floor. Luckily one person was exiting and we could enter.

Appartamento molto spazioso e ben fornito con tutto l’occorrente per un soggiorno senza intoppi. Ottima posizione centrale. La terrazza all’ottavo piano è un bel plus, specialmente nelle ore serali, offre una bella vista su Montréal

Le studio était incroyablement propre, moderne et très confortable. L'emplacement est tout simplement parfait : super central et proche de tout et idéal pour se déplacer a Montréal. Les hôtes ont vraiment pensé à tout, le studio est super bien équipé !

Condo was spotlessly clean and contained everything we needed in terms of appliances, towels etc. It even had a Nepresso coffee machine and coffee pods! The location of the condo was fabulous as it is close to a supermarket, restaurants and the Metro subway. The price for a three nights stay was quite reasonable considering it was Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend.
The noise level was higher than expected on the weekend. There's a restaurant/pub located in the courtyard - street level. The noise from the music/ patrons continued until past 1:00 AM nightly and travelled upwards. Our condo was located on the 5th floor.
