Lots of space, solid air conditioning, located right over metro station, with side view on Lateral Cathedral.
Several malfunctioning equipment (dripping shower, no dishwasher pills, coaches in main room falling apart, we fixed badly opened window our own).

Good location, big and bright apartment with enough space.
The water pressure is so low that is almost impossible to get a decent shower. On top of that you need to wait at least 5 minutes for a hot water to start running. The apartment was not very clean, all of the rugs were dirty which is not such a problem, however, the stains and hairs on the bed sheets and the pillows were a big issue for us. The apartment is beautiful and has a lot of potential but these issues should be addressed.
