Studio mit See- und Bergblick

Die Lage war sehr gut, ist auch gut erreichbar mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Ausserdem war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ausgezeichnet. Jede Frage wurde prompt beantwortet. Das Studio war sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Traveled with my teenager son. The apartment is as cozy, as you can see in the photos. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning, to the Lag Grond, and the mountains, which was one of the highlights of our stay. Waking up to that scenery was simply wonderful. The location is excellent, with a bus stop to the ski lifts just a few meters away and a Volg supermarket within easy walking distance. A nice Swiss restaurant just across the lake with "the other side view", The free parking space is another great advantage, and it made everything more convenient. The WiFi connection was fast and reliable throughout our stay. After long days of skiing, being able to relax in the pool and sauna was a PLUS bonus; it truly elevated the whole experience. Laax city center/ Bergbahn is also full of restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and the atmosphere is fantastic. Communication with Steph, the host, was seamless and efficient, making the entire process smooth from start to finish. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return. Highly recommended.

As a visual person, I would have appreciated the very well-described instructions, would have come along with pictures ;)

Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind uns die Lage der Unterkunft, die schnelle und zuverlässige Antwortzeit des Gastgebers bei Fragen und Anliegen sowie die netten und freundlichen Nachbarn, die zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt beigetragen haben.

Leider gab es einige Mängel: Stromausfall am Montagmorgen (wurde nach Hin und Her vom Hausmeister behoben), Baustelle direkt vor Eingang und Balkon, sowie Sauna/Wellness die diese Saison wegen Reparatur nicht nutzbar war – hierfür hätte eine Preisminderung erfolgen sollen. Außerdem war der Parkplatz bei Hausnummer 6 statt wie erwartet bei Nr. 8, und mehrere Tage roch es abends stark nach Marihuana in der Nähe der Unterkunft. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig: nur je ein Hand- und Duschtuch für 5 Tage (zerknittert, fleckig), Duschecke hinter der Heizung ungeputzt, Staubsauger vor Nutzung nicht entleert, Backofen verschmutzt, Küchenlappen dreckig, und das Küchenlicht flackerte unbemerkt. Bei diesem Preisniveau erwartet man zumindest diese Basics erledigt.
