GuestReady - Apt. Cosy et confortable dans le 10e

Neat third floor apartment near Goncourt metro station, a bit further from the centre but still walking distance to Canal Saint-Martin and Place de la Republique. Apartment is managed by GuestReady and the keys need to be collected at a "Key Nest" location, which is currently at a nail salon just over a block away from the location, details are provided online. We were allowed slightly earlier check in as it was available. Apartment has the majority of all the necessities you require, comfortable and clean. Extra pillows, blankets and well stocked kitchen, including basics like oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee. Also detergent provided for washing machine, which we did use, as well as the drying rack, iron and ironing board. Great windows with block out external blinds. Felt secure and safe in the building, surrounding area seems a bit rundown. Close to supermarket, lovely bakery, bank and other amenities. Communication with GuestReady is fast and reliable online.

Be aware that it is on the third floor, no lift. The address is also at 13 Rue Tesson and not 10 as advertised. I struggled with the keys to the apartment door, which were difficult to turn but once you figure out the trick of an extra half turn, its okay. Apartment is a bit strangely renovated, what looks like it used to be a decent sized bathroom has been made smaller to add an office(??) area. So instead of a decent sized bathroom, there is a tiny office and a tiny bathroom, even the window is split down the middle! Also some sealed doors in the bedroom that don't go anywhere. I initially had the incorrect Wifi details but it worked well once I got the codes sorted. Not enough dishwashing liquid provided and only one tablet for the dishwasher, so we ran out, maybe just an oversight on this occasion. No instructions on where to empty the bin, which was then overflowing after 6 days. Something weird is happening with the plumbing, emptying the sink in the kitchen causes water to splash out of the geyser overflow pipe in the bathroom! No TV, if like me you like ambient noise and news and sports updates.

good location, near st.martin canal, convinient metro connections, big bed, separate bedroom and living room, confortable space.

I was satisfied with the appartement but be aware that it is located on 3rd floor (no elevator in case you have big luggage), keys to pe picked up&returned around 1 km away from the apartment in the keypoint location (consider for your time schedule).

Clean, cozy, all we need is there and very good in transportation

You can hear all your neighbours and noise from the street but only between 9-11 pm and can you change the pillow it’s not comfortable but I guess depends to your preference
