The location and amenities were excellent

Unfortunately the bed in the room closest to the kitchen the springs in the mattress were broken and it seemed as though it was tried to be covered up with a thick mattress topper. We sunk into the bed and it was extremely uncomfortable. When you pay $2000 for 3 nights, you expect a functioning mattress. The shower was also covered in hair when we arrived so hadn’t been cleaned properly.
