Great location. Quiet but right by everything. A block away would have been too loud.
It was really nice but some of xtra attention to details would have been great. Windows did not stay open - we had to use books to keep them from closing. Some areas were not cleaned (the game cabinet was the biggest mess I’ve seen and the tea bag plate in kitchen was dirty from previous guest). Nothing major but a few small things like this add up. We expected a townhouse and were fine with the steps. However, if you are not comfortable with A LOT of steps, this house wouldn’t be ideal.

Fabulous beach fronted property within easy walk on the beach and town, great facilities and bedrooms all comfy and the balcony with the sunshine in the morning was a great touch.
Not a major issue for us but for some there are a lot of stairs / floors in the property :)

The house is in a great location on the sea front, and close to the centre which was perfect for us.
You can skip down onto the beach in a few mins via a cute little footpath (Kent steps with colourful tiles ).
The house was beautifully presented inside, so full of character with lots of places to sit and look at the sea views (from the balcony and windows).
It was well equipped in the kitchen to enabling us to eat in when we wanted.
Nothing really.
Some of the adjacent properties are a bit tatty and are undergoing some renovations currently (with some scaffolding in place), however this did not impact us and there was minimal noise, so not a problem.
