3BR Family Apt w- Private balcony, Pool & Free Parking

Very nice modern and spacious apartment not too far from both downtown as well as the ferry to the beach. The apartment is surprisingly large and features a small private pool on one of the terraces. The larger pool shared by residents of the same condominium is right below this apartment. We also did appreciate the underground parking even though the front gate did not work properly during our stay.

There is no sun umbrella on either of the terraces which makes it a bit uncomfortable to use them in the afternoon heat. Few small issues around the property - dishwasher was not mounter properly and moved around with every door open and close, master bedroom door to the terrace felt like it's going to fall out whenever opened (one of the hinges was not working properly), etc. The most uncomfortable things was the AC noise in the master bedroom - the outdoor unit for this and the neighbouring apartment is mounted on that side of the building and the constant humming is irritating to say the least. We were confronted by the host (I assume it's the management company) after leaving the apartment for leaving the place untidy (expectable after a 2 week stay with a 3 year old, imho) as well as accussed of damaging the property - the dishwasher and some other things. I strongly suggest to everyone to note and report to the host any damage right after the arrival to avoid this unpleasant situation.

Location is perfect! Close to restaurants, a supermarket and the boat to the beach. Easy check in and great communication with the hosts.

Lift was under maintenance. On the first day they forgot to leave the baby crib at the apartment (quickly fixed the next morning though)
