Great location, wonderful staff but hotel needs some attention.
The location is the best selling feature of this hotel being right on the beach in the La Jolla area. The shuttle service was incredibly convenient.
The hotel is tired looking. It needs renovation. Breakfast wasn’t included in the room.

Perfect summer family vacation
Loved how easily accessible it was to the beach, pool and local shops/restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere within La Jolla Shores and surrounding areas (1.5-2mi walk with a bit of hills but still very approachable and able to walk with a double stroller). Property also had daily activities like making bracelets, sno-cones, s’mores, kids trivia, and ping pong tournaments.

Very very old property. Needs renovation. Did not have enough electrical outlets. Overcharged us for parking.
