The communication to find the property and how to access using the door code was amazing! The flat was nicely laid out & spacious enough for our family of 3. There were 2x double beds in the bedroom which was nice & they were extremely comfortable! There is a dining table to eat at and a comfortable lounge area to relax. There is also a good Wi-Fi signal to connect to.

There are no TV channels, only apps which was disappointing as we don't tend to use apps so couldn't watch TV at night when we came back. The main reason for the poor review was the unbearable temperature of the flat. When we arrived on Friday, the small narrow hallway was swelteringly hot from a tumble drier running in a closed cupboard on the ground floor; with our accommodation (Flat 1) directly above, the flat was extremely hot, so we found it difficult to sleep. On the Saturday, the same thing happened, so I went out to find the cleaning staff sweating in this cupboard while an industrial tumble drier was running. I asked her to switch the drier off and she informed me she would call her boss. I eventually spoke to this person who agreed to turn the driers off until we left on the Sunday morning; unfortunately, the damage was done, as the flat did not cool down and was again unbearably hot, so another poor sleep. I challenged the host that he cannot expect paying guests to stay in accommodation where they do the laundry onsite & have industrial tumble driers running for hours, making the temperature unbearable. I also pointed out that surely this is a fire hazard, and staying directly above this was worrying! Sadly, I didn't get the impression he was going to change this arrangement; hence we will not stay again.
