Excelente comunicación con los anfitriones. Instrucciones claras. Apartamento bien equipado con utensilios. Todo muy limpio y decoración bonita con mobiliario antiguo muy bien consevado. Las camas aunque eran muy cómodas una de ellas era pequeña para mi marido e hijo ya que miden mas de 180cm.

La cocina y el baño necesitan una reforma.

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was well equipped with a lot of things (esp if ur planning to cook and make your own food). We slept on the sofa bed in the living room and it was comfy. The bus stop is right outside so easy access to old town and nearby beaches. The AC was good and we loved the TV. Wifi was good too.

The location is a bit far out (20-30 min bus ride to old town) and if you're not keen on buses (or if you don't have a car) you will be spending money on taxis back and forth (10-15 min drive depending on traffic) please keep this in mind before booking. The elavator in the building is a bit creaky and worn out (but functions normally).

I really loved the vibe of the property, it has so much character and charm. Every detail feels unique, from the thoughtful touches in the kitchen to the special wardrobe in the cozy bedroom. The balcony is also one-of-a-kind and adds to the overall appeal. If I were a local single girl living in Split, I would absolutely rent this place for long term! It’s perfect for 1 or 2 people, whether for a short or long stay. It can also work for 3 people for a short-term visit. A lovely and stylish apartment with real personality.

Airconditioning is not very reachable to the living room. Its a bit inconvenient.

Tiene una cocina bastante completa, pero no tiene microondas. Tiene un buen tendedero para la ropa. Tiene aire acondicionado.

La zona, muy lejos de Split. No funcionaba el agua caliente de la ducha. Con un cuarto de baño bastante anticuado. Demasiados chismes y adornos en el apartamento.
