The facilities were very clean, the views were excellent and the property was within walking distance to the venue we came to Sydney for. We were very satisfied overall with the apartment.

The bed was too hard for our liking.

Great location, little far from some public transport such as trains. However great for after an event and easy to get back to!

Location was fine, apartment was reasonably clean. WIFI worked. Not sure the if the bed was changed as lots of previous reviews said it was too hard. Found it fine enough.

Key pick up. Unable to access the building as there was no front desk person at 4pm. Had to sneak in behind someone else who was able to get it (which I don't like doing as I look like a creep). It's my fault and I'll check better next time I book. The stove top had oil on the bench top around it which I cleaned as the "host" had a litany of rules that aren't disclosed on Booking.com at all. THe host treats this like an AirBnB type situation - I shouldn't have booked it. I wouldn't book it again. The extra rules that weren't disclosed on Booking.com but sent via a Google Sheet are very unreasonable. Didn't want to touch or use any equipment that was provided as I didn't want to have to fork out extra money in case the Host deemed it wasn't done properly. I avoid AirBnB style bookings due to the unreasonable rules and extra costs Hosts try and enforce on guests. Booking.com should stick with Hotels or do their due diligence on apartment style "hosts" and ensure they meet their guidelines properly. Or make sure that host rules are explicit when booking the accommodation so there are no hidden expectations/fees that Hosts try and enforce.
