Cozy and Comfortable Apartment

Perfect apartment for up to 4 people. Like new, nice and clean. The host super friendly, we arrived at midnight so he prepared some chips and water for us. We walked everywhere, it is 20 mins to city center or bus/train station. The ride from airport was just 15 mins (at night). No problems geting into the building or the appartment. Regular spanish neighbouhood. One perfect thing, it has window! And a huge one! Normal window to the street, not only to internal patio. There is everything you need and shops close.

Bit noisy in the morning, because of the supply of the shop downstairs, but that can be solved closing the window, it is almost soundproof. There was a strange smell for the same reason sometimes in the halways, but the appartment smells very nice, as soon as you close the door, everything is allright

sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Manager, präzise Infos vorab, flexibler Check-in. Ausstattung auch für längeren Aufenthalt geeignet und vollständig, auf persönliche Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Schnelles Internet, Smart-TV. Nähe Bahn und Busbahnhof. Kleine und große Supermärkte gut erreichbar.

Kein Balkon oder Terrasse (wird auch nicht angeboten). Schlafzimmer nur mit Fenster zu düsterem Lichtschacht, Bad klein und innenliegend, Wohnraum und Schlafzimmer ohne Türen. 30 Minuten Fußweg zu Parks oder Strand.

Lokalizacja mieszkania doskonała, do centrum miasta spacerkiem 20 minut, parking dla samochodu na ogólnodostępnych miejscach na ulicy (trochę się trzeba najeździć, ale nie ma problemu ze znalezieniem blisko bloku). Kontakt z właścicielem na plus.
