Pleasant

Within easy reach of nice walks and the town centre. Hosts were very pleasant and happy to chat. Lovely and clean with all main essentials needed. The window view from kitchen is beautiful too.

No complete privacy to be had outside in garden/owner shared garden. Unfortunately the hot water pressure had gone on the day I arrived so the bathroom hot tap was all but a drizzle (was no big deal) apparently the plumber when called was on holiday so it didn’t end up getting fixed during my 5nights stay, again, it wasn’t a massive problem just inconvenient. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Relaxing break in idyllic surroundings.

Everything, the cosy cottage, the location and the wonderful hosts that went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely experience. We were allowed to share their beautiful garden and nothing was too much trouble. We were visiting a close relative in the area and this will be our new place to stay.

Quiet location inside private garden with secure gate. Friendly welcome awaits from owners. Free parking in main car park. Walking distance of town centre. Good sized accommodation with (double) bedroom, shower room, open plan kitchen, dining/lounge. Well stocked kitchen with appliances. High standards of cleanliness throughout. Lots of information provided. Main garden for guest use.

Good value for money, clean and quiet setting 👌

My aunt and uncle visited from Belgium and stayed here. The hosts were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. A peaceful lovely setting with a beautiful garden and close to town

Great place to stay, very comfortable and local to Sudbury Town. The hosts were lovely and very caring, and they have good knowledge of the area so can make recommendations about things to do and places to visit.

Un petit cottage sympatique où on est très bien accueilli, avec vue sur la rivière Stour.

Le Cottage est très calme, avec une superbe vue sur les prairies et la rivière Stour. Il est très bien situé si on veut aller faire ses course en ville ou aller au marché (10 mn de marche). Le propriétaire est très sympathique et s'efforce de répondre aux besoins de ses hôtes. Le parking gratuit et facile d'accès est un plus.
