Really nice place. Hard to find at night
Very clean and came with everything you needed for make tea and coffee
No hot water. Tried to have a bath but it was cold. I had to boil the kettle to wash up. We arrived late at night and found it difficult to find as it is not well lit

Great place to stay
Beautifully presented throughout and lots of thought put into what's needed for our stay. I noticed a couple of recommendations in the visitor book and both had been done eg lamp by the bed and a fan upstairs. These are hosts who actually take notice of the feedback!!

Five day break in Sudbury
Lovely little house, very clean and well looked after. The owners, Toni and Gary, were friendly and welcoming, even delivering a card on my husband's birthday which he loved. They were also keen to hear any recommendations we might have to improve the property. However they have pretty much thought of everything. The property is tucked away in a great location, in the centre of town, yet very quiet at night.

This is a little gem just off the high street. A perfect retreat for a weekend break. Toni has thought of everything you might require during your stay. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at which I do a lot due to travelling with my work.

Lovely little flat in town centre
A lovely little quirky flat in the centre of town; but very quiet. Nice friendly lady owner lives opposite. It's recently been refurbished so everything seems new and very clean. Free parking is useful, plus a small yard where we could keep our bikes. There's no wifi but there is a huge TV to distract you.
Being new, there are a few items that still need adding (as mentioned to the owner) - such bathroom mirror and hooks; plus bedside lights and power sockets.

Beautiful decor, spotless, just perfect. There was everything I could possibly want there. So much thought has gone into what people would like.I felt spoiled! Great appliances. Very quiet! Property owners lovely to deal with. Would go every week if I could!

Relaxed, welcoming, lovely overnight stay.
Lovely, well thought out beautiful property. Decorated with love and care, and no expense spared. Excellent air con facilities, and close to all amenities.
The bedroom was a little too warm, but nothing a fan couldn’t sort out.
