Локация в конце набережной, чуть далековато от центра, но если вы с детьми - то это огромный плюс, так как вечером вам не будет мешать музыка и люди с кафе под окнами. Территория закрытая, никто не зайдет и безопасно, на территории огромный бассейн и большая зона с искуственной травой. Особое вниманиме привлекает трасса, больная кухня со ВСЕМ необходимым, 2 санузла, все чисто и красиво. В стоимость включен паркинг, к магазину 30 метров.
Нет такой вещи, которая бы нам не погравилась, апарты просто топ.
