La vue , l’emplacement pour les voitures ainsi que l’emplacement géographique ( prêt des plages et du centre ville ).
Le bruit des livraisons dans la rue , le vis à vis et un manque de store. Le gardien était un peu trop exigeant sur les habitants lors de l’entrée ou la sortie de l’immeuble.. ( très peu de sable sur les pieds , légèrement mouillé etc..)
