Great location, fabulous views of the Beach.
The key collection and return was frustrating, the Office for key collection is in Callonge and has limited opening hours. If you do not have a car this is inconvenient as you must collect and return the key to this place. They did however after some discussion allow us to leave the key in the Apartment. Once we collected the key we had to take a taxi to the apartment even though they had an Interhome passenger vehicle at their disposal.
The booking itself was overly complicated and the interhome page directs one to a payment portal for payment of the tourist tax. Then came innumerable emails, whatsapps, and messages through booking.com insisting on payment.
The check in time in late (4pm) and check out is rather early at 10am. The check out 'checklist' is annoying with an insistence on stripping the beds, etc or a fine could ensue.
One has to ensure that you download the 'Voucher' as this is required for key collection again overly beaurocratic.
