Apartmán bol dostatočne veľký, s prerobenou kúpeľnou a záchodom. K dispozícii bola aj veľká terasa na ktorej sa však nedá sediet pokial je vo vnútri zapnutá klimatizácia. Východ bol rovno na terasu a fúkal tam veľmi horúci vzduch. Pozitívum však bolo, že plavky tým pádom preschli za hodinu. Relatívne blízko aj pre malé deti bola pekná pláž.
Zle riešený vývod klimatizačnej jednotky na terasu, na ktorej tým pádom bolo asi 50 stupňov. Staršie zariadenie, avšak to až tak nevadilo, pretože bolo čisté.
