1 Bedroom Nice Apartment In Njivice

Ein bisschen schwer den Eingang zu finden und viele Treppen aber preiswert und größer als gedacht. Wirklich eine schöne Wohnung. Ruhig und sauber. Alles da was man braucht.

The apartment is exactly where it was marked on the map. The neighborhood is quiet, with no noise from entertainment venues, and through a wooded path you can reach the beach in just a few minutes. Parking is available right in front of the house in a cul-de-sac, and there was always a free spot. The windows face north, so they never get direct sunlight, and they also have shades. The flooring throughout the apartment is excellent – no creaks, no damage – clearly above average. The doors and windows are in great condition, closing easily and precisely. The fridge is large, cools well, and is quiet, unlike many others. The bedroom bed did not creak, and the mattress was comfortable (rather firm than soft), which is better than average. The balcony does offer a partial sea view when looking sharply to the left. The apartment is spacious enough to live in comfortably.

Despite having two AC units, the bedroom one was not working and the living room unit blew directly onto the sofa bed, making nights uncomfortably hot. The WiFi details provided did not match any real network, and mobile coverage was practically nonexistent, so internet access was very poor. On arrival, there was only a quarter roll of toilet paper, the boiler had been switched off (so no hot water the first night). Cleanliness was average, with cobwebs, dust, and some stains. Lighting in the living room was weak, and the shower cabin was very narrow with no shelf for toiletries. The dining table has a glass top, so placing a glass or porcelain plate on it makes a loud, unpleasant noise. There is no drainer next to the sink, though a dishwasher is installed (we didn’t use it). There are not enough power sockets near the bed, so using a lamp and charging a phone at the same time is difficult. The washing machine moves from its place during use. Overall, the apartment has many good qualities and with some small but important improvements – working AC, reliable WiFi, better lighting, proper cleaning, and more attention to details – it could truly be excellent.
