Beautiful quiet location. A cosy charming chalet in the countryside, about 1.5km from Alphen. A comfortable lounge, great bathroom with dual sinks, shower and bath. From here it’s easy to explore the surrounding areas. We saw the light safari in Beekse Bergen, which was amazing and highly recommendable (over the Xmas season).
booking.com did not have the pet rates, so another €50 per night for 2 dogs is a bit excessive! We were here over the Christmas holidays and it was -3C…it would have been nice to have a wood burner in the lounge. Just a small note that it’s a combi microwave/oven, so might be restrictive for some people, but was ok for us.
