Fantastic location — all the main sights are within walking distance, making it perfect for exploring Rome on foot. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and everything else you might need nearby. The apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. I especially enjoyed the charming view of the narrow Italian street. The windows are well insulated, so street noise did not disturb my sleep. The Wi-Fi was good and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated in the August heat. The staircase is a little challenging with heavy luggage, but the staff kindly helped me carry my bags. They were very friendly and accommodating, and also allowed me to check out at a more convenient time. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it!

The bathroom door does not close completely and is quite loud when opening and closing, so it would be good to have it fixed or adjusted. The shower door is also quite stiff and difficult to open and close.

We were a little disappointed with the entrance as there was currently some building works going on near the entrance to the apartment. The staircase up to the apartment was very unclean too. The toilet seat was also broken. This should have been repaired prior to our arrival. It was also noisy for my son on a night due as he was sleeping in the lounge on the sofa bed . The air-conditioning was fantastic in this apartment and the location excellent. We enjoyed our stay overall here.

The location right in the center, close to everything

Uncomfortable bedding and pillows, clogged sink throughout the stay despite my request for assistance on the first day, subpar cleanliness, and lack of a capsule coffee machine. The apartment has an iron, but there is no ironing board.

The location

We paid over 365 EUR for this stay and could barely rest. While the location is excellent, that’s the only positive. The room had only two rolls of toilet paper, so we had to buy more ourselves. The noise was unbearable: a bar nearby was loud all night, and construction work started around 7 a.m. and continued throughout the day. Between the constant noise and lack of basic amenities, it’s hard to understand why this place costs so much.
