Lokalizacja w nowoczesnym budynku. Ciekawy wystrój. Duży balkon.
Czystość obiektu do poprawy, szczególnie kuchnia i kanapa w salonie. Niestety zepsuta klamka w łazience. To słoneczne i jasne mieszkanie, latem może być ciepło.

Wygodne łóżko (w sypialni), ogólny wystrój przyjemny
Totalnie rozwalona klamka i nie domykające się drzwi w łazience (chyba nie była to tylko kwestia klamki ale i złego wypoziomowania bo szpara miała koło 10-15 cm). Korzystnie z WC w takiej sytuacji będąc w mieszkaniu ze znajomymi jest totalnie niekomfortowe dla nikogo !!! Poziom sprzątania - na blacie kuchennym brudne klejące plamy, płyta grzewcza też brudna. W szafie na ubrania wierzchnie-mokry, cuchnący wilgocią mop. Mieszkanie wynajęte dla trzech osób- przygotowane ręczniki dla dwóch i totalna olewka tego faktu przez wynajmującego. Parking podziemny- 30zl / doba..
