I had to ring the owners on our near arrival as I was confused as to which building / and then which external access door we were meant to access / use. An immediate helpful response was given; but why not supply by email on the check-in day, a photo image showing the required building external door AND also put the actual apartment # or name on the final access door? Showing an image of the kitchen on the Booking.com booking summary is not helpful to arriving tenants, who like us, may had been driving for quite a few hours. No apartment compendium / notes were supplied with what to do with rubbish on checking out or which of the many wi-fi signals the supplied modem pass code applied to. Trial and error then to get the wi-fi access. The unit is advertised as being at ground level but there are 8 steps down to the building front door and then 14 steps up internally, the latter on a somewhat narrow and curving flight of stairs. We travel with 2 large suitcases, so no supplied suitcase stands also annoyed. Once inside: spacious, very clean, well lit, with a very well set up full kitchen. Why not flag to prospective bookers though that items like salt, oil, paper towel, cling wrap, alfoil, etc, etc are routinely supplied? The large clothes washing machine and separate large clothes drier were key reasons we booked here as part of our 2 weeks self touring this interesting part of Europe. As was the access to what turned out to be the good, off street parking, directly in front of the building. This is a good selling point, so why not more clearly outline this to potential new bookers? The bedroom venetian blinds are just too inadequate to keep the room dark in the summer early morning and blackout curtains are also needed here. We find typical Danish bed pillows uselessly too thin and too soft.

Die Betten waren sehr gut,sowie die gesamte Einrichtung schick und komfortabel.Aussicht auf eine gepflegte Gartenanlage.

Ein Toaster fehlte Die Nachricht über den Türcode und W-Lan kam erst am Tag der Anreise auf unseren Computer Zuhause,also nicht rechtzeitig,leider.Aber wir haben es dann vor Ort telf.erledigen können.

Alles super (Kommunikation könnte etwas besser laufen) und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir nach Esbjerg möchten.

Das Appartement war schön hell dank großer Fenster und es ist schön modern eingerichtet. Absolut gemütlich und komfortabel. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Sofa auch. Zum Essen gab es zwei Möglichkeiten, Küche und Wohnzimmer. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, sogar Spiele waren zu finden. :) Zum Zentrum ist es ein wenig weiter aber das ist einem ja schon beim Buchen klar, sofern man sich die Karte anschaut. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs, wenn wir wo hin wollten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Kommunikation lief leider nicht so gut. Ich kannte das immer so, dass man ein paar Tage vor dem Aufenthalt alle Informationen bekommt bzgl Schlüssel etc. Hier habe ich mehrere Nachrichten und Anrufe am Tag vorher hinterlassen und erst abends eine Antwort erhalten, das fand ich ein wenig schade, da ich dann den ganzen Tag über unsicher war, ob das überhaupt alles so stattfinden kann. Vielleicht war ich bisher von den anderen Buchungen einfach verwöhnt, aber ich musste nie von mir aus nachhaken, um die nötigen Informationen zu bekommen. Ansonsten war der Gastgeber am Telefon sehr nett und wir hatten sonst nichts weiter zu beanstanden, das Appartement war großartig :)

Wirklich eine tolle Wohnung - sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, perfekt, wenn man auch selbst kochen möchte. Toller Wohnraum mit viel Licht, sehr offen mit Blick ins Grüne, großzügig Platz!

Jalousien verdunkeln im Zimmer nur zum Teil, es schien recht hell herein von der Lampe am Parkplatz.

Die Wohnung war ausgezeichnet – sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war praktisch. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Esbjerg Urlaub

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles da was man braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Die Lage fanden wir auch super. Schön ruhig am Stadtrand gelegen. Parkplatz war auch kein Problem.

Echte aanrader!

Mooi en verzorgd appartement op 1ste verdieping, alles is aanwezig. Vlakbij een winkel en laadpalen voor elektrische auto's. Omgeving is prachtig, zeker als je de fietsen mee kan nemen. Aanraders zijn het eiland Fano en Mando, Ribe en het centrum van Esbjerg.

Tolles Appartement in der Nähe von Esbjerk und nicht allzu weit von den schönen Nordsee- Stränden entfernt

Tolles, großes Appartement mit allem, was man braucht. Entspricht 100% der Beschreibung. Komfortable Betten, angenehme Bettwäsche. Ideal: Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Perfektes WLAN, großer Flat-Screen (auf Demmer allerdings keine deutschen Sender gefunden haben), Spülmaschine, ausreichend Besteck und Teller vorhanden. Alles sehr unkompliziert! Gemütliche Beleuchtungen zum Dimmen. Kommunikation mit Dennis war jederzeit möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt (wir waren 2 Nächte da). Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und wir haben keinerlei Kritikpunkte. Kommen gerne wieder!

Super Fewo mit allem was dazugehört

Eine wunderschöne Fewo mit allem was man braucht. Der freundliche alte Herr in der Nachbarwohnung war an uns sehr interessiert 😄 er ist offenbar ziemlich einsam, hat uns mehrfach im Treppenhaus kurz angesprochen, ohne jedoch aufdringlich zu sein. Parkplatz war nie ein Problem, wir hatten unser Auto genau vor den Fenstern stehen. Küche ist superkomplett ausgestattet, Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine, Backofen, im Bad Waschmaschine und Trockner… gute Dusche.

Das Öffnen der Fenster, die nach außen aufgehen, ist nicht mehr als höchstens 10cm möglich. Zwar kann man den mittig angebrachten Bügel aushängen, bringt nur nichts, da das Fenster keine andere Fixierung hat, die es offenhalten würde. Schon allein das Eigengewicht, erst recht aber der Wind drücken das Fenster zu, Bügel rastet automatisch ein, somit bleibt es bei höchstens 10cm Fensteröffnung… und wenn man nichts einklemmt, dann nicht einmal das. Wir hatten kühles Wetter, jedoch im Sommer kann ich mir nicht vorstellen wie das auszuhalten ist.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Mit dem Fahrrad, dank gut ausgebauter Fahrradstraßen, alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Bäckerei und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Ort selbst ist nicht so sehenswert, aber insgesamt ok. Ein Besuch im Fiskemuseum lohnt sich. Die Fähre zur Insel Farnø: günstig und fährt im 20 Minutentakt. Fahrräder können kostenfrei mitgenommen werden. Die schöne Stadt Ribe ist in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig und der Balkon wenig einladend.

Mooi appartement

Volledig en mooi ruim appartement met een mega tv 😄 Helaas was de WiFi code niet bekend. Dus streamen was niet mogelijk en daarmee dus geen Nederlandse tv-programma's voor ons. Prima bed, alleen ontbreken er nachtlampjes, dus niet nog even lezen in bed terwijl je partner gaat slapen. Fijne (regen)douche. Bakker en supermarkt op loopafstand.

Geen nachtlampjes en de WiFicode ontbreekt. Was bij navragen ook niet bekend.
