    We recommend the balcony suite. It was a very quiet & comfortable room. The two staff we met where very welcoming & helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

    Hotel has non-smoked rooms, staff is always on the desk, they clean the rooms nicely. Hotel is quite near to taksim square. M2 metro is minutes away, and busses are available every minute. Hotel has smaller rooms, there are two floors downstairs where it can be a bit claustrophobic. So prefer uper floors even if you have to pay more. The room i stayed didn't have AC, but room has water circulated cooler which eased the temperature significantly. Just put water and you can sleep peacefully.

    Their hotel clean and good location compared to Istanbul general trouble. But you can not enter hotel building if receptipon not trigger the door opening button after you rang the bell. One evening reception was not there I had stand outside for several minutes with my bagpack and shooping bags in the cold. Call the hotel desk phone and cell phone no one reply. Found hotel manager number from Agora portal and when I call him he told me that you would better not to extend your stay if you do not like :-) Every evening I was coming from work feeling tired with urgent toilet needs as anyone can guess. I am visiting hotesl for several years i never had an entrance issue or no one else. We may have issu with room card its normal but for hotel main building entrance very unexpectable. Whole one week they did not clean my room. They told me that I need to inform them. Last 2 days it has not beeen cleaned although I informed the reception after this argument.
